Nearly every feature that you see in the Televantage ViewPoint client or Administrator software can be used  by a custom program. We can build you a client application that provides the ViewPoint features you need along with your own call handling process. Your database and applications can be linked to Televantage. Inbound calls can pop up your database records. Outbound calls can be placed directly from your internal applications.

We have build screen pop links to salesforce.com and Caller ID lookups using the Firefox browser. Another application placed calls from a client's internal web application just by clicking a button on the web page.
