Local Phone Service
Do you know that you don't have to use SBC or Verizon or Sprint for your local phone service? We have local service plans to fit small business as well as large companies. Using new technology we can bring you service for less than you are likely paying now. If you have at least 5 lines now you can qualify. Integrated Access solutions are great for the small business that needs 4-20 phone lines and high speed internet. Plus you get your service delivered over a digital T1 line instead of individual lines. That gives you into a higher service quality and faster repair times should you need it. For those of you with T1 and PRI circuits we have some of the lowest base rates available. Our full T1 rates are lower than the standard carriers charge for fractional service. No, this is not some Voice over IP scheme. You can true carrier grade service that has all the standard features and quality levels. Ony at a lower price than the big guys charge.

Long Distance
There are actually two types of long distance service -- Switched and Dedicated.

Switched LD
Switched LD is the most common service where the long distance company handles calls placed using your local phone lines. For switched service we merely change the records to designate our carrier as your long distance carrier. Your local phone company will now send all your long distance calls to our carrier. No changes need to be made to your phones or equipment. No installation is necessary. Switching to our "switched" long distance company is a fast and easy way to reduce your phone costs. For international calling this is also the way to get the absolute lowest rates.

Dedicated LD
With dedicated long distance you have a T1 circuit connected directly to the long distance company which bypasses your local phone lines. This dedicated service is ideal for companies that use lots of long distance or toll free numbers. Because you are providing a directly connection to the LD company they don't have to pay your local company for connecting calls to them. These per minute rates are usually 33%-50% lower than our switched rates. When you have lots of minutes the savings adds up fast.

Toll Free
Toll free service is also available through our network. You get similar low rates as our standard long distance plans. Just like our outbound long distance we can bring your toll free service over your local lines or on a dedicated circuit that saves you even more. If you run a call center or sales group, or service department using toll free numbers you really need to see the savings we can bring you. One of our smaller call centers is saving over $40,000 each year after switching to our service.

International LD
If you make international calls you can be charged several dollars per minute. SBC actually charged one of our clients nearly $4.00 per minute to call New Zealand!  One of our carriers has a special service that routes international calls through the best route for that country. Using their unique call routing system you can actually call China for less than some domestic calls. This is only available using switched long distance. Dedicated long distance service must route all calls through the dedicated carrier. You still get rates lower than using your local phone company, they ust may not be the rock bottom lowest to every country.

Dedicated Internet Access
Of course no service offering would be complete without Internet Access. We have many service options to fit the needs of any business. For very small businesses we have DSL at 5 different speeds. Dedicated Internet circuits range from T1 all the way up to OC3. Integrated access is our newest offering. This combines your Internet access with your voice lines on one T1 circuit. When no phone calls are in progress you have a full Internet T1. As each allocated phone line is used to place or receive a call, your internet speed drops by 1/24 for the duration of that call. For a small business with 4-20 phone lines this is our most economical service. All the benefits of digital service at a very low price.

Point-Point Data Circuits
Companies with multiple locations may need to have them all on one data network. While you can do this using the Internet and VPN routers that does not guarantee your sites will connect reliably. All the limits and delays of the internet affect your connections. When those internal links must be working reliably because your application needs quality connections, a dedicated point-point circuit is your solution. We can provide these circuits using IP, Frame Relay, or ATM. Rates for thes circuits depend upon where your sites are located, as well as the required speed of the links. The great benefit of these links is your connection speeds are guaranteed. No Internet interference or delays. Plus your circuits are completely secure from outside interference. Conference Calling
Do you host conference calls?
Using your phone system to host conference calls ties up your phone lines for that call. One lines for each person on the call.
